We have just received word that a 1942 Alfa Romeo 6c2500S Touring Cabriolet, together with trailer, has been stolen at the 2018 Mille Miglia in Brescia Italy.


Details as follows:

  • Chassis # 915.935

  • Engine # 923.935

  • Touring body # 2653

  • Registration Plate # AH-25-39

  • Trailer is a white Brian James, plate #48-WD-JN

Continuing the telenovela story of the million dollar Alfa stolen last May at the Mille Miglia. Like a movie, the thieves eventually were "caught." It was not a normal gang, but an entire family, including a child of just seven years.
They are the perpetrators of the theft of the famous Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 Sport Cabriolet, Touring Superleggera of 1942 last May in Brescia, just before the Mille Miglia road race. The car was parked outside the Noce hotel in Brescia, it had already been registered for the Via delle Freccia…
