A well-developed website can attract new customers, increase sales, and reduce costs. But most sites lack the excellence of the companies behind them.

My approach is simple: Deliver a web initiative commensurate with its value... and one that favorably compares with your company's collateral materials and companion channels.

Any web initiative must take into consideration the resources critical to getting the job done. Because I operate at the management team level, client firms are assured that their Internet activities are in alignment with strategic objectives, financial expectations, and the latest technologies embraced by the audience. Selected developers retained for the particular project at hand result in the optimal fit of technology with client needs. This combination, where I perform as a “Web Architect and General Contractor” and the IT shop as the “Developer,” provides ideal results. Why? Because the project is driven from the client’s strategic objectives rather than from a technical or single-department perspective.

My process includes the following components, which can be retained in full or on an individual basis:

  • Evaluation of strategic objectives, tactical plans, revenue streams, budgetary constraints.
  • Evaluation of customers’ needs, current marketing and fulfillment channels, related systems.
  • Evaluation of integration with any pertinent offline channels such as print catalogs, publications, classified and display advertising, editorial.
  • Evaluation of the competition.
  • Proposal for web initiative and support services.
  • Development of site structure and execution plan.
  • Selection and overall management of key resources such as IT, design, fulfillment, and promotion.
  • Delivery of a fully operational web solution and related support functions.

My background includes the creation of both modest and sophisticated websites ranging from a few thousand dollars to over $3M. These include community-related and e-commerce.
