For twenty years I have created and launched numerous successful direct response and advertising campaigns. These have included direct mailings, onserts, blow-ins, tip-ins, and stuffers. From markets as varied as computer networks and desktop computing, to vintage collector toys and automotive artifacts, these campaigns have consistently generated cost-effective results.

Equally critical is the process by which companies retain valued customers. A proactive customer retention plan is vital for companies with small marketing budgets and particularly for firms highly dependent on repeat business.
